It's a lottery system; your work-life balance depends on the project assigned to you. In my project, working hours usually last around 11 hours a day, while in other projects, working hours last 7 hours a day. Politics is present, due to which deserving people don't get appreciated for their work. Your manager will decide where you should be working and what you should do.
