Better infrastructure (was part of igate). Better learning as a fresher in ILP.
- Less skilled architect-level people.
- Arrogant managers who hardly respect developers' work.
- The organization is running out of real development work.
- Less pay and hikes mean you will quit within a year or two.
- Unnecessary work pressure on people who work, and no absolute work for 'lickers'.
- Don't expect HR to have a conversation with you anytime before you decide to resign.
Nothing, they already know they are making business out of this. This way, suggestions won't change anything, so keep going.
