Steady pace of doing work. Work-life balance is maintained. Opportunities to learn anything and everything. Seniors are very helpful and supportive.
Extremely low hike.
No bonus.
You can expect everything except money.
HR team unsupportive towards folks who resign, for example.
Unable to give simple feedback to new employers and even very lazy towards exit formalities and procedures.
Don't forget that people matter.
