Mild interview. All they discuss is how little you will agree on. If you accept their terms, you are hired. The panel nature seems to be good, but can be rude too.

It's good to attend an interview at Capgemini. It was a nice experience. I am a Salesforce developer. They asked me Salesforce-related questions, and I cleared the interview and accepted the offer.
