Good pay, but it can be better
Good employee working environment. Lots of employee engagement activities, like My Jason and iCare, are available. Awareness of various policies is also made available to all employees.
Long working hours. Less work-life balance. Infrastructure is good, but it needs a bit of improvement because after the cyclone, the company hasn't taken steps to renovate the damaged areas.
