Job security is good up to 6 years of experience, unless the company is in average profit. It's a good platform for freshers if you get the chance to work on a good project.
For freshers, it's better to switch immediately after the second appraisal. After that, you won't get anything from the company unless you have satisfaction with the work.
First, satisfy the internal employees, then look for outside recruitment.
