The salary hike is low, which needs to be addressed.
Project deployment took longer, but at the end of the day, you will be deployed.
Management should look into the hike issue. Due to a low hike, the company or managers are unable to retain skilled and talented employees. If this is addressed properly, employees will feel satisfied.
