Technical: (FS-GBU)
Projects are migrated to new technologies frequently (again, depends on the client you work for). The internal project of Capgemini is good.
Onshore opportunities exist, but for senior levels (above 4-5 years).
Non-technical: Multiple cafeteria options are available. Festivals are celebrated very well in the Pune location. There is a JASHN party once a year.
Project allocation is not done based on skills of employees; it's a billing game!!
Hires horses and makes them work like donkeys.
Bad resource allocation team in Pune, FS-GBU (mostly not always). Example: they hire a fish to climb a tree.
Policy changes after the I-gate merge are affecting employees a lot. No precautions were taken here.
Favorites game: Some people are seen playing volleyball/basketball always and yet get good hikes. (To managers: Let them play, no problem, but value the people who work hard for projects too.)
It was a virtual interview. The technical round included Java 1.8 programs. The interview was quite easy if you are well prepared with core Java and Spring Boot basic concepts.
If two interviewers are in a meeting, try to focus at the center of the screen. * Sit upright. * Dress appropriately. * Revise learnings from the previous day's interview for half an hour every day. You can record answers while revising and listen
Easy, basic OOP design patterns: * Angular * TypeScript * Inheritance * Polymorphism Refactoring, garbage collection, middleware, filters, media type formatter, OOP, LINQ, SQL, Micro Web API, joins, constraints, read-only, constant, OOP ope
