Hybrid mode, we can go to the office for only 12 days and the rest we can do WFH.
Work-life balance is good, but sometimes if a project demands extra hours, we have to work day and night, on weekends as well, and don't even get perks for this sometimes.
Friendly environment in the office space.
HR does not support much for medical excuses.
