Great organization to start your IT career
The team I worked with was always very helpful. Managers provided proper feedback. Many extracurricular activities were available. I am always thankful that the organization didn't fire us during the COVID period. There were plenty of internal job posting opportunities in the Financial Services SBU.
They have a very huge L&D portal.
Not applicable as per what I have experienced.
Performance rating must be taken into account with reviews/feedback of 2-3 members of the client team.
