Haven't experienced any pros here.
I was hired for a Python project, but after onboarding, they put me on some finance service project. I asked them to put me on a project which is part of my interest, but even though projects were there, they were not ready to move me. At the end, I resigned. That time, they were ready to put me on the project which I wanted to work. Such a bad experience for me.
