Five times, they have scheduled interviews where no panel showed up at the last moment. They even put the candidate on hold for 10 minutes, but still did not join the call.

The interviewer seemed friendly. I was asked basic coding and computer science questions, mostly from DBMS. I was also asked about my internship experience and requested to write some code.

The interview experience was not good overall. As a senior Java resource, I was judged on the basis of theoretical questions rather than real application and implementation-level questions. I believe candidates should not be judged with such basic
