Other than that, there are no pros if you want to grow in IT.

1. Poor management.

2. No career growth for freshers. If you start working in production support, they will never let you move into development or testing.

3. Poor quality work.

4. Managers prefer resources from their own state. They sometimes even share critical information in their native language.

5. Workplace harassment and no help from management. Rather, if you complain, they overload you with work.

6. Unprofessional behavior towards colleagues.

7. Employees don't matter; only slavery counts!

Please take care of the workplace environment if you really want to make your employees more productive!
