- No on-site opportunity for freshers, or if you haven't completed 4 years in the company, or have more than 5 years of experience.
- The performance review cycle is annual, and ratings depend on your rapport with senior management.
- The bonus policy is bogus. They give you a bonus for the Jan-Dec period in March of the next year. Also, if you say you worked from Jan-Dec 2014 and resigned before the end of March 2015, you won't get a penny.
