Teamwork and work culture are very good. Management is supportive and understanding. I got an opportunity to work in an interesting field which I really wanted to work in. So, for me, it's true that "Get the future you want."
There are no such downsides I have faced yet.
Though management has always been supportive, so no such additional advice. However, working with dedication and interest should result in the growth of the company and the employee, too.
