Capgemini is the best company, I would say, because the learning culture is just awesome for starting a career in the IT world.

1. Working with the team is a good experience.

2. Management and team members are nice in nature and stand behind every employee as teachers, supporters, well-wishers, and helpers all the time.

1. Pay scale to freshers can be improved.
2. Some policies, like timings, can be worked out from 9 hours/day to 8 hours/day.
3. Flexibility in work can be given to employees, such as issuing laptops to work from home.

I would suggest management to work on the pay scale for freshers and for employees with 2-3 years of experience.
