The work environment is really good. Also, the work culture is nice and adaptable.
Mostly, there are flexible timings, but it depends on the team you are assigned to.
Long hours. No overtime pay. No attention to people. No work-life balance. Salary is very stringent. Policies are not in favour of the employees.
