Nothing positive there at all.

1. Capgemini treats its employees like objects. It doesn't matter what skill one has; they will deploy him in a support project forcefully.
2. Management is very, very poor and not at all helpful.
3. There is way too much politics inside the company.
4. It's the best company for destroying the careers of young talents by deploying them in useless projects and then forcing them to continue in those projects.
5. It should be awarded an A++ grade in terms of poor management and project allocation.

1. Deploy candidates based on their skills, not just to reduce your bench count.
2. Don't force employees to work on useless projects. Such projects create mental extortion.
