Pros

One time, a good hike.

The group is big, but working as individual small entities.

Cons

Leadership and management do not care about employees. It's work for profit only; employees are just machines, not even human beings.

Do not be surprised if they pay some bonus and revert it back without you knowing.

False commitments from directors are just to find other replacements for you.

Capgemini ensures you will have a maximum loss of pay when you resign from the company, and that's how they give more at initial joining time. Employees will lose a minimum of 4-6 months' variable pay at best.

Advice to Management

Employees are not machines. So, please create an environment where people would love to work. Capgemini should not force people to work by hacking variables and bonuses, and by making different bonds.
