NA - you get to stay here forever without any pay increase.
- Performance reviews are useless. There has been no pay increase for 3 years despite receiving good reviews from clients.
- There is no AWS, bonus, or overtime pay, nothing.
- Management is horrible, and everything is outsourced. My manager was not even based in Singapore. They just throw fresh graduates at clients without any training.
