Good work-life balance. Learning opportunities through internal trainings. TGIM events.
Salaries are pathetic.
Appraisals don't make sense (worst part about the company).
Managers have no idea what their resources are doing.
Traveling to onshore is just a dream, even if you work for 5 years in the company on a single project under the same manager.
Micromanagement.
This is my personal experience:
When I had an opportunity to travel onsite due to client demand, my management told me I was not eligible for an ICT visa, as Capgemini can process visas only for people at the Associate Consultant level or above. I struggled, had meetings, and after a lot of discussions, they confirmed it was not going to happen. So, I had to resign from the company.
I have near to 5 years of experience and got only 2 promotions in almost 5 appraisals that happened. People are promoted here randomly. Even though you are doing your work with all your heart and dedication, and even stretching it out to meet deadlines, I was awarded only one standard promotion. I got the second promotion only because they wanted to retain me, as I was the only one working on a large budget project for almost 3 years.
Promises they give are baseless and untrustworthy.
All the cons listed above can be modified to be advice to managers.
Advice to people though:
Ppl working at CG: If you have near to 3 years of experience, consider switching.
Freshers looking for careers in CG: There are a lot of options in the market other than CG.
Laterals looking for careers: You guys should be fine as none of the above should bother you unless u plan to stay for more than a year or two.

The interview was easy. Since it was online, I could refer to Google. It wasn't too difficult, and the interviewer didn't seem very concerned with seeking the right answers. Even the Project Manager round was just a review of my profile, rather than
The hiring process includes: * Two technical discussions * One one-hour interview This process is very fast. After that, they will share an English test, which is mandatory for senior positions. Interviews will focus more on your current role
