The pay is less. For example, an engineer and a graduate degree holder doing the same work will have different pay, with the engineer's being higher.

As a fresher, the technology you'll work on is not in your hands. It will be chosen for you, depending on your luck :)

Don't expect HRs to reply to your queries. Most of the time, they don't.
Get the pay scale straight, please. Sometimes it gets highly discouraging to see the pay difference just because of a degree, even though the work is the same. Also, most of the times the HRs assigned to us don't even reply to our queries.
