There are no pros to working at Capgemini. Salaries and benefits are terrible.
The CEO of the company works at the office, and all you can hear throughout the day is her yelling with other directors. Besides that, the company is not at all diverse; there are mostly white Portuguese people. They are racist and homophobic! When I told the HR about it, giving them names and situations that happened, the HR lady laughed in my face and told me that the company was not the way I was picturing. Also, the workflow is bad. There are no management reviews or feedback, and there is no Agile implemented right in any of the projects I've worked on.
Management, they have to be reborn so they can call themselves managers.
