I have been working at Capgemini since February 2020, and I feel I have found my best fit. There are opportunities for every level. Training is available where needed, and there is free access to Microsoft certification exams. Career development is highly promoted, and mentorship is available.
The company is huge; therefore, there are fewer opportunities to see colleagues face to face, but this is compensated by online social activities. This will probably not be an issue after COVID.
