The standard and process are good. Known questions are asked generally. It was a good interview experience.

There are three rounds. First is a coding online test, in which you have to solve 3 coding questions in 90 minutes. Then, the second is a technical interview round, and then an HR round. After that, you will receive your offer and joining letter.

The interview was conducted during Oct 2012. There were two rounds of interviews: one technical and one with the hiring manager. Later, I was informed by email that I had cleared the interviews and was asked about my current organization and salary
