Good for colleagues who already have work experience.
Not good for freshers. Most of the time, you will be trained in one language and put to work on a different language.
If the freshers are trained in one particular field, at least try to get them work in the same field. There are people who were trained in ABAP and JAVA and were later working in BASIS and Monitoring.
Round 1: Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and English Test: Assess your problem-solving skills, logical thinking, and language proficiency. Round 2: Coding Questions: Test your programming knowledge and coding skills through practical problems. Round 3
During my B.Tech, I had a basic interview where I was asked fundamental Java questions, including core concepts like OOPs. It was quite simple, but unfortunately, I lost the opportunity due to certain conditions.
It consists of three rounds. The first round is an easy aptitude test, the second round is the English round, and the third round is the HR round. It's easy to clear. CS students have a little more advantage in the aptitude test.
