There is a very large communication gap; even my HR doesn't know that he is my HR.
Out of 100%, only 1% of freshers are satisfied, and 99% of freshers don't get projects according to their skillset and knowledge.
So, if you are a fresher, join a small company if you have another offer in your hand.
Managers in Capgemini think that they are God and have all the power to make or break you.
No need for advice, because they will not listen to your good suggestions, because you are a fresher.
