Pros

Welcoming environment, lovely people. Overall, I enjoy the work as an apprentice. I wouldn't work at another company if I had the choice.

Cons

The starting pay is so little. You're doing a full-time job, and I appreciate CAP giving me an education, but it isn't enough. There are loads of E&ET that deserve more but don't have it, even after pay reviews. The hybrid working scheme has recently changed, which will leave a lot of talent looking elsewhere, unfortunately.

Advice to Management

Increase the starting pay for apprentices to £23k minimum.

Roll back the hybrid working policy. A lot of really good, honest, hardworking people will have to look elsewhere because they just can't come in as often anymore.
