I can't think of anything which is good about this company.

No salary optimization policy.

They make you work like slaves and pay you peanuts.

For the same job role, one employee is getting 10 Lacs CTC and the other one not even 3 Lacs.

They hire with the lowest possible package.

Even with promotion, the hike is laughable and negligible.

No proper promotion policy in place either.

The HR and their policy are pretty useless.

They are only there to block your career growth and ruin your career.

They will turn deaf ears to employees' concerns and issues.

Disgusting work culture, and employees are treated by the management as bonded laborers.

Learn to take care of your employees or else shut down the company. You are ruining people's careers.
