There are no pros in the first 6 months at Capgemini, personally. In case you have absolutely no idea about computers or software in general, these courses might seem good to you. But the whole training would be a waste of resources. I guess it is to train employees to be responsible and obedient.
So, this training has less technical training and is more focused on soft skills. But once you have new managers, you might be lucky as me or get a manager who doesn't know how to deal with situations at times or just blames you for everything. But my manager was the best and helped me in my work.
Those who are from the Bangalore region and are being trained will have to go through training with Learning and department people, namely Sita and Nibedita. They are very immature in the way they operate and help the trainee. You might find this part of the journey tedious because of these people. They could be corporate bullies. So, overall, not a great experience for the first 3-6 months.
As I was a fresher joining the company, they asked only basic questions. Since I had just completed my B.Tech, the questions were related to my B.Tech in Computer Science only.
The interview process is easy and contains four rounds: * Screening * Technical 1 * Technical 2 * HR After the HR call, if selected, the offer will be released. Once the offer is released, we need to confirm joining.
The process involves 3 rounds. This depends on the projects and the BU.
