The working environment is great. The people are friendly and approachable.
I am a fresher from a non-IT background. My batch was given a month of JAVA, SQL, & HTML training, and then we were required to give a test. Only on passing this test is one eligible for projects.
Now, first of all, learning all that in a month is not an easy task, especially coming from a non-IT background.
But somehow, if you do manage to learn everything, you still won't be able to pass the test. Even people with degrees in CSE and IT are struggling to pass the test.
This is because the questions in the test are way more tough and complicated than what is taught in the training.
Also, the pay for the first six months is really low, especially in cities like Mumbai, Bangalore, etc.
Being a fresher struggling to pass the assessment, I request the management to either improve the quality and period of the training or reduce the difficulty level of the test.
Thank you.
As I was a fresher joining the company, they asked only basic questions. Since I had just completed my B.Tech, the questions were related to my B.Tech in Computer Science only.
The interview process is easy and contains four rounds: * Screening * Technical 1 * Technical 2 * HR After the HR call, if selected, the offer will be released. Once the offer is released, we need to confirm joining.
The process involves 3 rounds. This depends on the projects and the BU.
