I found that in the department that I work for, there are opportunities to grow and do interesting work, if that is what you are prepared to pursue.
I have also spoken to many people in other departments who share that experience.
Initially, it has been challenging to find the right direction in terms of role that suits me. But after having a few conversations, I can see that the department is trying to address this by improving the channels of communication and by offering more training opportunities.
