It's basically a campus placement. I feel a bit of partiality because, for some students, they are not even asking any questions; they just have casual talks and are cleared for the round. For others, they ask so many difficult questions.
The interview process included three rounds: * Aptitude test * Group Discussion * Technical + HR (personal interview) The aptitude test included quant and logical questions. There were no coding questions, and they were simple enough to answe
Was asked some technical questions like sorting an array, some C programs... Also asked about HR questions such as why Capgemini, why not pursue any other field or domain, etc.... Interview process was preceded by group discussion and aptitude test.
