Capgemini is not conducting interviews directly. Instead, they use people from Soniyo Management Consultants. They are not forwarding my resume. I have been waiting for 4 hours and asked one lady from Soniyo Consulting three times. She said she would

The interview was a smooth process. The interviewer made me feel comfortable and didn't rush. They waited for my answers with patience and never interrupted in between. They even answered my doubts without any weariness.

This was the worst experience. There were just some aptitude questions, and it was done in seven minutes. The interviewer was not at all interested in conducting the interview. Furthermore, the offer was revoked after two months of me accepting it.
