It's good, like other MNCs. I applied via SAKHI DRISHTIKON. The Capgemini onboarding was very smooth and clean. My HR responded immediately whenever I approached her. It's very gratifying for me to be an employee of Capgemini.

The interview was a little bit easy. They asked the basic questions in programming languages. For a fresher, it's not that much, just the basic questions. Practice more programming questions; that will help to get placement.

It was a tough selection process. Capgemini has very skilled interviewers. First, there was an aptitude test, then a group discussion, then a technical interview, and finally HR. It was tough but an amazing experience.
