Good training and interaction.
Great experience and learning with real-time projects.
I didn’t find any cons.
I applied for an on-campus drive. The whole process has four steps. First round is an aptitude test, followed by pseudo-code, a technical interview, and finally a personal interview. Each round is an elimination round.
The first round is a technical MCQ, like pseudocode. If you pass that round, the next is a cognitive round, like memory games. Next is a coding round where they ask 2 simple programming questions. The interview process is only based on your resume
Well and good, there is no issue with that. But the interview was so tough for someone with 2 years of experience. So, try to cover all topics so that you can clear the interview.
