I applied for the role of ETL developer. They first called me for a telephonic discussion. The telephonic discussion went on for 50 minutes. They asked many questions on: * Specific technology * Data warehouse fundamentals * SQL knowledge * Unix

The interview process was quite easy. I was recruited through college campus. There were 3 rounds, which included an HR round.

It was a tough selection process. Capgemini has very skilled interviewers. First, there was an aptitude test, then a group discussion, then a technical interview, and finally HR. It was tough but an amazing experience.
