It took one day because of technical issues. They conducted two rounds at a time. After that, the results were announced. I don't know in what manner they recruited the people, but it was helpful.

The interview consists of three rounds. The 1st and 2nd rounds are technical, and the last round is a client round. If you have the knowledge, you can attend boldly to clear the interview.

Call from recruiter. Confirm location, salary, and experience. Conduct Japanese language interview. If your language level is good, you will be selected. For background verification, they will ask for various certificates and proofs.
