Pros

They pay on the right date.

Cons

The structure of the work environment, such as living room, equipment quality, and materials, is almost always conditioned for the customer to want to pay. Salary ranges are low compared to other technology companies in Portugal. The environment is very bureaucratic, and communication is very difficult between departments. Employees are bound by contract and fines, as salaries are lower than at other companies.

Advice to Management

Managers should get closer to developers, seek more direct contact, look out of the company's bubble (the job market), and understand that it is important to value employees before seeing them leave.
