  • Depends on the client; task workload may vary from time to time. Overall, still acceptable, but expect long hours during peak times.

  • When deployed to the client side, we may need to complete mandatory training from the client. However, we also need to complete our mandatory training with Capgemini, a double whammy. On top of that, Capgemini requires at least 45 hours minimum per year for learning hours.

  • Lacking additional benefits, no additional allowance, and no overtime allowance.
