Depends on the client; task workload may vary from time to time. Overall, still acceptable, but expect long hours during peak times.

When deployed to the client side, we may need to complete mandatory training from the client. However, we also need to complete our mandatory training with Capgemini, a double whammy. On top of that, Capgemini requires at least 45 hours minimum per year for learning hours.
