The interview process is well managed and organized. Documentation updates are easy, with clear instructions for required documents. The overall experience is good. The onboarding process is also easy and well managed.

1-on-1 interviews, logical and personality tests. Personality seemed to be of more value than actual skills. I only met women in the process. I had to ask several times if they would reimburse the travel costs.
