Good environment - awful, awful pay for the tech industry
The people make this company a great place to work.
Salaries are so low for Software Engineers. Imagine paying such low salaries in a tech-driven company. I'm surprised if engineers stick around for more than 2 years. You can get a higher salary from a non-tech company.
Keep paying your consultants the big bucks! Like Lord Sugar says, "Consultants all talk and no results." :)
