Capgemini is a vast, sprawling company made up of hundreds of constantly shifting business units.
This makes relating to any core vision quite difficult.
Ironically, the internal IT is of pretty poor quality. There is a general lack of collaboration between individuals. When you work, you’re working for a client, and this can result in a disinclination to share knowledge and experience in a proactive way.
This goes against the interests of Capgemini and of the client, but is beneficial to the individual.
Keep things simple. Encourage and foster a culture of collaboration and generous knowledge sharing.

It consists of three rounds. The first round is an easy aptitude test, the second round is the English round, and the third round is the HR round. It's easy to clear. CS students have a little more advantage in the aptitude test.
Campus Normal and easy. 1st round: Company shortlisted. 2nd round: MCQ and coding (gaming). 3rd round: Interview. Interview easy. Asked to print "hello world" in Python. Find odd and even numbers.
