Very low salaries. No promotions. Excessive control, internal trainings, and plans. Poor management. Don't be shocked if your salary is lower than a higher-grade colleague with less knowledge. Not many projects. Very old codebase projects. It is not "Get the future you want"; it is "Get the future Capgemini wants." Advice: Do not go beyond your level unless you get paid for it.

Advice to Management

Ask team leads and seniors to spend more time working instead of picking on and disturbing others.

Increase the salaries.
