Good work-life balance, and generally good, positive people to work with.
The salary is comparatively low to other companies, and there is a lack of social events. The review process seems to work off of time served rather than performance.
Improve the review process, particularly for degree apprentices, so that they can reach a truly accelerated path. If you are performing well above the average, then you should be well above the average in terms of pay and grade.
Some divisions, such as I&D (Insights and Data), seem to lack social events, and this should be improved.
