I was hired as a .NET certified resource, so there was no aptitude test for me. However, nowadays, they do conduct aptitude tests along with the PI and HR rounds.

There are 4 rounds, including: Aptitude Test - Logical - English - Maths Technical Interview - Basic questions on your technology Telephonic Interview - For checking communication skills HR Interview

The interview process consisted of a technical aptitude test, followed by a technical interview and a final HR interview. The whole process was standard and didn't require much preparation if you have a general idea of algorithms and data structures
