I was hired as a .NET certified resource, so there was no aptitude test for me. However, nowadays, they do conduct aptitude tests along with the PI and HR rounds.
Questions
It was aptitude, then PI. In PI, all questions were based on OOPS fundamentals. There was a puzzle also, which was very simple.

Pros: I am really happy to be a part of Capgemini. Even during the COVID-19 pandemic, they allowed us to join virtually, which is a good initiative. The training is given virtually, and we are able to follow along. As I am a fresher, I need to explore more about the company. My virtual training has been very good.
Cons: As of now, I don't have any cons about the company.
