Fast application process. After submitting the application documents, it didn't take 5 days until an invitation for an interview followed.
This also took place a week later in the evening. The tips that Capgemini offers for interviews on its website are very helpful for preparation.
In it, one's own skills and experiences were inquired about with great interest in a relaxed atmosphere by future team members. The whole thing lasted over 2 hours, and plenty of time was also taken for one's own questions.
One day later, the acceptance was already received. Subsequently, one was provided with all necessary information at regular intervals until the first day of work.
The interview only took place via video call due to corona. This has its advantages and disadvantages.
