Sueldos bajos. La única manera de subir el sueldo es mediante promociones (1 vez al año). Aunque cumplas con los requisitos, estas no te aseguran que subas. Si llegas a subir en una, no puedes volver a subir hasta dentro de 1.5 o 2 años. Un requisito importante es que asistas y participes de los eventos de la empresa. Es tan importante como que seas fundamental en tu proyecto.
