I applied through college. Firstly, there was an aptitude assessment test which was quite difficult. Then, after clearing the first stage, there was a technical interview, which was so easy. And after that, there was an HR interview.

For candidates with one to two years of experience, there is one technical round and an HR round. For freshers, there is an online assessment with some aptitude questions before the technical round. This is as per previous experience or knowledge.

After the salary discussion, they sent an email stating that my profile is on hold because the account has not sent approval for my profile. If they rejected me, why did they take my documents and call me for a salary discussion?
